Terms of Use – Strand Media

Welcome to Strand Media! These terms govern the use of our services, including website design, digital marketing, and related consulting and support (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms.
Strand Media provides services as described in contracts or project agreements. We strive to deliver high-quality services, and the scope and deliverables will be clearly defined and agreed upon before the project begins.
Payment is made according to the agreed payment schedule, with installments during the project.
Invoices are issued according to this schedule, and payment is due within 5 days of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services until payment is received. A delay or non-payment that causes project suspension does not release the client from the agreement. The project will resume within a reasonable time after payment, subject to availability relative to other ongoing projects. Strand Media will start the project as soon as payment is received and capacity allows.
You agree to provide necessary information, materials, and approvals to enable us to perform the services on schedule. You confirm that any images, videos, or text you provide are owned by you or that you hold the copyright, in accordance with applicable copyright law. Strand Media is not liable for any breaches. Delays caused by missing client feedback may affect the project timeline.
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred as specified in the agreement.
Strand Media reserves the right to use the work for its own marketing and portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to treat any confidential information received during the collaboration securely and responsibly.
Strand Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the use of the services.
We do not guarantee specific results (such as traffic or sales), as these depend on factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Payment for work completed up to the termination date is due as agreed.
Strand Media may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
